The Finnish Officers’ Union

The Officers’ Union is a professional organisation for the officers of the Finnish Defence Forces and of the Finnish Border Guard.

Over 98% of the officers who have taken the master’s degree in military sciences are members of the Union.

The Officers’ Unionstarted its activities already in 1918. Its most important task is to watch over the interests of the membership.

The Union publishes the periodical Sotilasaikakauslehti -magazine, which is the leading professional publication in the military field in Finland.
